
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial consulting
Experience working with multiple clients or business units
Prior experience managing multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
Familiarity with outsourced accounting or fractional CFO environments
Understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Strong proficiency in Excel (scenario modeling, advanced formulas)
Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)/Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and ERP software (Netsuite, Brightpearl, etc.)
Clients rely on you as a strategic partner, not just a financial analyst
Forecasts are accurate, insightful, and drive better business decisions
Financial insights are clear, actionable, and tailored to each client
Proactively identify risks and opportunities before they impact performance
Reporting processes are efficient, scalable, and value-driven
